Kilee Lippincott, BS, MHA is a Pacific Northwest native who relocated to Los Angeles from Seattle in August of 2024, bringing 8 years of experience from her work at the esteemed Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. She holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Washington along with a Bachelor’s in Science from Oregon State University, where she was also a college athlete.
Kilee brings a diverse skill set that includes first response experience on a 911 paramedic unit, international medical volunteer work, and expertise in human resources, legal/compliance, operations, and strategic planning.
Her passion is working in oncology-focused healthcare centers, with the primary goal of improving patient/staff experience and optimizing operational standards to ensure clinical teams care for their patients in the best way possible. This led her to the Berenson Cancer Center, where she is excited to work alongside the talented medical team under the leadership of James R. Berenson, MD to deliver cutting edge treatments and develop novel clinical studies to improve these patients’ survival and quality of life.
Fun fact: Kilee and her Aunt Barb climbed Mt. Rainier in honor of friend/relative, Lauren Hart, who they lost to acute lymphoblastic leukemia. They raised over $14,000 dollars for cancer research in her name.
